Maintenance and Care

1. When you are finished using the TENS device, turn it off and take off the pads. Store the unit in a cool, dry place until next use.

2. Make sure both pads do not overlap and make sure your skin is free any dirt, oil or lotion.

3. After usage, place pads on pad holder or place plactic film on the sticky side of the pad to keep the gel moist and put them back in the included pouch.

4. Applying a few drops water before and after usage will increase the longevity of the pads.
